Love this gym! Been a member for over 2 years and the community is great. The workouts are challenging but always modifiable. I worked out throughout my whole pregnancy and felt comfortable!

They were flexible with my membership status while post partum and worked with my schedule getting back into it.

The space is great so you can always come in for your own workout in the back if you're not feeling up to a class and there's plenty of equipment to always get a good workout in.

Oh and did I mention they're super kid friendly and always let the babies hang out during workout.

I dropped in in late July with my sister and we felt lovely welcomed. We arrived a little late thinking we were early for next session but since it was Friday, the next session was not available. Although, we were received and warmed up to join the current class. This Box has an excellent location and punctuality, is very clean and organized. Community is very welcoming and empower everybody around. All equipment is in perfect conditions. Coach was very kind, attentive and very willing to teach. They will bring out the best in you. I recommend Crossfit Muenster 2.0 to everyone around the Sanford Area and will definitely drop in if I’m in Sanford again.

If you’re looking for an amazing group of people, go here! I visited for a week from Pennsylvania, and did a whole week of drop ins. They were so generous, and accommodating. I wish this could be my daily gym! Will definitely be dropping in every Florida trip. 😁

The stress free, laid back and judgement free atmosphere made this place a no brainer when i came back to crossfit after a back injury. Steve and the other coaches made me feel like i wasnt under pressure to get back to where i had been prior to my injury. We worked slowly to rehabilitate my back muscles and now i feel stronger than i have in years!

I have been to some of the other gyms in the area and this by far is the most welcoming to athletes of every skill level.

I'm new to CrossFit and have felt nothing but welcomed with positive energy. The coaches are extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and always encouraging you to do your best. After my trial week, I immediately signed up for a membership. I'd recommend this location to everyone.

The gym that makes everyone feel like they belong, no matter how old, young, experienced in the gym or new you are. The coaches all want to see you succeed! New location is clean with good A/C for those hot Florida days!

Just joined this gym. Family owned and very reasonable prices for what you get. Clients are super friendly. Highly recommend if you are looking to get into a training program. Don’t even look at those corporate box type gyms.
